The Committee on Education moved to amend the bill by striking out the title and substituting therefor a new title, to read as follows:

Eng. Com. Sub. for House Bill 2775—A Bill to amend and reenact §18-2-7c of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to allowing county boards of education to require high school students to complete a one credit course of study in personal finance as a requirement for high school graduation; and allowing the coursework to include an end-of-course examination.
